SUMMER 2005 WEIGHT & SPEED TRAINING

Grades 9-12

  • Class is focused on weightlifting and speed development.  It is NOT an open weight-training period. 

    LETTERING POLICYTo earn a letter you must do the following:

    1. 
     
    Attend 80% or more of sessions (23 sessions minimum / NO excused or unexcused absences)
    2.   Participate in ALL weight lifting and ALL speed training activities
    (NO INJURY EXCUSES)
    3.   Be on time:  If you are 5 minutes late or later the day will not count toward lettering
    4.  Record results for all core lifts

  • Class runs June 6 - August 12 (No class July 4 & 6)
